Research On Human Resource Management Of Alumina Ltd In Vietnam

With the continuous development of the economy, especially in the direction of the economy has gradually shifted to the era of knowledge economy, human resources become the key factor of competition between enterprises. Most of the enterprises have to face the human resources gradually "recession" phenomenon, such as job losses caused by power switch or decreased work efficiency. How to solve this problem is a big problem faced by enterprises. Vietnamese Alumina Ltd as the only implementation of aluminum, alumina production in Vietnam, in order to stimulate their own potential mineral resources development, the Vietnamese bauxite industry development and the stable development of Vietnam’s Alumina Ltd, affect the company’s development needs to solve many problems, of which the most important is to solve the company’s human resource management issues. This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management of the company, mainly from the work of the company and the supply and demand of human resources planning, recruitment, training, performance management, compensation management, labor relations management and other aspects of the company, found that although the better management of human resources, but there are still some problems, such as the implementation of human resource management in the the enterprise is spontaneous, the lack of specific planning, recruitment, traitming level is not high, no specific issues, therefore, this paper is based on the theory of human resource management, puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of the human resource management of the company. Hope that the results of this study will help the enterprises to better manage their human resources development strategy, improve the company’s human resource management, in order to consolidate the company’s position in the market at present.
