Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasure Of The Human Resources Of The Resources-Type City

Under the background of the fact that the globalization, informationization, ecology trend are obvious day by day at present, the question which is much concerned is how to realize the sustainable development of the resourses-type city. The goal and strategic task of the sustainable development of the resources-type city is needed to be realized by people. The human resources are the first resource of the sustainable development of the resources-type city. In this paper, it is explained and analysed that the strategic meaning of the development and existing problem of the human resources of the sustainable development of the resources-type city, it is also studied and thought that the human resources development countermeasure of the sustainable development of the resources-type city. Firstly, it introduced the research background of this paper and reviewed the domestic and international research results about the resources-type city. Secondly, it explained the basic theoretical research on the resources-type city and the human resources. Then, it made positive research on the relation between the human resources and regional economic development which is based on the relevant data of Daqing, and set up relevant quantity model. And then it analysed the current situation of the human resources of the resources-type city, and taking Daqing as an example, pointed out the reason to cause the current situation of the human resources of Daqing. And then, it analysed the way of the resources-type city's human resources development. Finally, it proposed the policy recommendations of the resources-type city's human resources development.
