The Research On The Refined Management Of The BKZ Project Construction Cost

In recent years, the market competition among construction enterprises in China is increasingly fierce. The cost of the labor, machinery, material is higher and higher; the profit gained for the project is less and less, the excessive construction cost has become the bottleneck in the development of construction enterprises. BKZ project is also faced with the similar difficult position, and this dissertation made refined management scheme for the project cost to solve the problem of excessive project cost.According to the relevant theories about the refined management, this dissertation integrated theory with practice and paid attention to the comprehensive application of various subjects and did self-inspection on the cost management of BKZ project. After that, it was found that the utilization rate of the mechanical equipment was low and it lacked schedule and maintenance, and the machinery usage cost was beyond that in the plan. The purchase and the use of the construction materials lacked corresponding schedules; the waste was serious and the material cost was seriously overspent. The employment of the project lacked schedule; the quality and skill of the project participant were not high and the human cost was too high. Combining with the actual situation of the BZK project, this dissertation applied relevant theories about fine management and made a scheme about the refined management from 4 aspects like management, procedure, construction and comprehensive budget management. In addition, this dissertation put forward specific supporting measures from several aspects like leadership, culture, system and process, human resource refined management and informatization to guarantee the effective implementation of the cost refined management.Through the implementation of the refined management scheme and analysis on the cost situation of the BKZ project, it was found that the cost of the machinery, material and human resource was not overspent, thus the construction cost was reduced. The cost refined management solved the problems existed in the cost management of BKZ project, reduced the construction cost and improved the market competition.
