| With the increasingly fierce competition, the homogenization in product, technology, cost, equipment, process or service between enterprises has become increasingly greater. Their differences are getting smaller and smaller. In a sense, the market competition increasingly means the competition on details. Under such a situation, whoever can provide consumers with more thoughtful and careful products will win in the competition. In the ear that pays attention to refinement, refinement has become the most important form of expression in enterprise competition, and the refined management has also become the key to determine the future enterprise competition. At present, construction enterprises in China is under an important transitional period from highly extensive construction with low technical content to refined construction with high technical content. The improvement of refined management mechanism of engineering projects and all-round improvement of enterprise management level and work quality are keys for enterprises to exceed competitors and themselves, and inevitable choices for enterprises to pursue excellence and achieve perfection. They are also the important guiding ideology and management theory for enterprises to survive in the fierce market competition. Based on this purpose, this thesis conducts theoretical research and explores the practical application for relevant contents.Firstly, it systematically introduces basic theory of project management, and definition, contents and elements of refined management. Secondly, it analyzes the basic situations of engineering project management of construction enterprises in China. Based on the industrial features, it points out existing problems in construction project management of construction enterprises in China. Thirdly, the refined management system for engineering project construction is designed. Five aspects, including refined management of construction process control, material refined management, safety refined management, manpower refined management, and project cost refined management, are discussed. Finally, the research method that combines with theory and practice is used to fully absorb existing research findings. Suggestions are put forward through the application of refined management in specific engineering project of a construction enterprise.The refined management is applied to engineering project management of construction enterprises so as to improve the comprehensive management level. It plays a positive pole in promoting national economic development, enhancing overall industry level, and improving the competitiveness of enterprises. |
