Uncertain factors, like weather and demand, make the supply chain hard to control. In order to improve its efficiency and increase its profit, we build an integrated model to explore the market.At first, we build a model of apparel supply chain on the basis of the classic control theory. We fully considered the changing needs of the supplier of raw material and the changing situation of semi-manufactures and that of the final inventory, making the model closer to the real situation. We studied the influences of the inventory error adjustment Ti, semi-manufactures error adjustment Tw, production delay Tp and demand smoothing exponent Ta on the dynamic behaviors of supply chain. Then we studied the stability of the supply chain based on Routh principle. At last, we reach a conclusion that we can get excellent inventory dynamic performance by adjusting the Ti.Besides,we look further into the comprehensive inventory system of the apparel industry supply chain under the fluctuation of price. And we regard it as a whole as the configuration of pipeline inventory and final inventory connected closely in this comprehensive inventory system. When the inventory level reaches a certain stage, retailers cut down the prices and use strategies to increase their sales volume and adjust their inventory. The demand fluctuation is decided by the pipeline inventory and the final inventory at the same time. Then we get the stable area based on Lyapounv stable principle. Finally, we find out how the parameters affect the individual behavior of inventory system.At the end of the paper, we propose an optimal method based on human intelligence——fuzzy logic control. We optimize the supply chain performance by error control and we adjust the parameter Ti by error control. Then we readjust the results with proportional factors, which makes the fuzzy control more flexible and suitable.
