A Study On System Dynamics Simulation Of Supply Chain Versus Supply Chain Cooperation-competition Relations Based On Inventory Replenishment Strategy

Currently, thoughts and methods of the supply chain management have been applied in many enterprises, and have made great achievements. Supply chain management research has focused on cooperation and competition among internal members, while the competition among supply chains which integrated several chains, and study on the cooperation, competition and relations with each othen has been more important than enterprises.Firstly, this dissertation establishes a SD simulation model of supply chain versus supply chain competition based on inventory control, and proposes that the basic assumptions conditions and explanations of established model. Furthermore, it gives the corresponding simulation conditions, then simulates and analyzes the retailer's inventory and gross profits, the manufacturer's inventory and gross profit, and gross profit of the two chains. And this dissertation proposes that add the cooperation contract in the process of establishing the SD model of cooperation-competition relationship, to establish the cross-chain collaboration contract based on inventory replenishment. Then the contact is introduced to the well-established contract-based supply chain inventory control competition between the baseline model, and they are simulated and analyzed. The results prove the reasonableness of assumptions and the feasibility of the model were built, so that the retailers'inventory of the two chains is more stable. Ultimately the manufacturers' gross profits, the retailers' grossprofits, and the corresponding supply chains total profit are improved, and the two chains achieve win-win.Finally, this dissertation takes Shanghai GM and Toyota's as an example for the application. According to internal data, adding the model of supply chain versus supply chain cooperation-competition relations based on inventory replenishment strategy. And with analyzing the simulation output results, the feasibility and reasonable of the established model are verified.
