World clothing trade patterns, China’s clothing enterprises in the competition environment, great changes have taken place in our country not only suffered a serious crisis of apparel inventory, and labor costs are increasing, clothing enterprises liquidity shortages caused by high inventories, financing. Therefore the clothing enterprise in production management of some hidden deeper problems exposed. As the world economic integration and domestic market opening to the outside world, our country clothing enterprise continuously meet the challenge of the foreign brands. Our country some large clothing brands such as Li Ning, Semir, Giordano, Metersbonwe, Jeanswest suffered a crisis and the inventory of funds management dilemma. In such cases, the background of garment enterprises have realized the severity of inventory problems, and further explore the causes of inventory, actively explore solutions, this article through to the clothing enterprise product classification, determine the different categories of product demand forecasting model, and inventory control model.This thesis mainly USES literature research, case analysis, comparative analysis, summarized method, quantitative analysis method, through the study and consulting related literature, to the clothing enterprises to carry out field research, using ABC classification, the classification of the product life cycle theory, classical methods of mass model, the classical newsboy model, in the study of foreign brands such as Zara good clothing, on the basis of supply chain inventory control, combining with the actual situation of China’s garment industry, to explore suitable for China’s unique clothing inventory control of supply chain optimization. In this paper, a total of six parts, each part of the content, respectively, as follows:First chapter is about the background of the selected topic(foreign well-known clothing brands to join China’s clothing market competition, the Chinese clothing enterprise of inventory danger), and introduces the meaning of the topic selection(for producers, consumers, and even the society as a whole cost savings, improve the level of customer service, inventory management of Chinese clothing enterprises is still in development stage, the inventory problem is more serious, there is a need for research of supply chain inventory control strategy); Secondly introduces the foreign and domestic research literature review(including dimensions of supply chain management research and development, research and development of supply chain inventory problem, the optimization of supply chain inventory control research).The second chapter of supply chain inventory control related theory and method, are introduced the basic theory of supply chain, supply chain inventory control, supply chain inventory control related theory and the importance of inventory control model.The third chapter mainly discusses the Chinese clothing enterprise supply chain inventory status quo and existing problems of analysis. First briefly introduced the present situation and the requirement of the clothing enterprises, the characteristics of the apparel industry supply chain, and then introduced the current situation of our country clothing enterprise supply chain, analyzes the problems existing in the clothing enterprise supply chain inventory and forming causes of the problem.The fourth chapter according to the characteristics of garment industry products and demand forecast has the uncertainty, based on ABC classification and the classification of the product life cycle clothing can be divided into classical clothing and clothing, and classified management. Then respectively using an exponential smoothing and gray prediction method of classic clothing and clothing demand forecast analysis. According to the current market demand characteristics of the fashionable clothing accuracy test of gray prediction model, and optimize the model, to improve the accuracy of the model.The fifth chapter, respectively, the classic clothing and clothing inventory control model is established, and optimize the inventory control model of fashion clothes.This research in learning foreign well-known brands such as Zara clothing, on the basis of supply chain inventory control strategy, combined with our country clothing consumption structure change, explore the suitable clothing supply chain inventory control strategy, the optimized plan for the domestic garment enterprises should according to the market changes, timely adjustment of inventory strategy to adapt to the needs of the development of garment industry in China. |
