Research On Comprehensive Transformation Of Bank Sites Of PD Branch Of China Construction Bank

Grassroots bank sites are basic units of bank, top sales battlefield, and significant resource for bank to compete and base for bank to develop continuously. If bank sites are strong, so is the bank. If bank sites are prosperous, so is the bank. Among top 3 channels of products sales of bank, bank sites are most important, on which client manager and electrical bank to most extent depend. As long as "cells'" are rich and healthy, the whole organization can run effectively. Along with social development, people's need to finance is more and more prosperous and the requirement to bank is higher and higher. Meanwhile, for competition in bank industry and bank industry relevant to other industries, how to increase customer's satisfaction and contribution of grassroots bank sites are urgent issues faced by all banks. Since stock reform and get listed in 2005, we never stop researching and exploring functions of bank sites. Through implementation of transformation of first and second generations bank sites, we establish management idea of "focus on customer", "management clients", and "excellent service to succeed" to greatly increase service ability of counter staff, sales ability and customer's satisfaction. But there are some disadvantages in first and second generations transformation, for example, strip service to organization causing defect function of bank sites and waste resource; ignore increase of employee's qualification and ability. Therefore, to suit for market change, promote service ability and value creation, and resolve problems of incomplete function of bank sites, uneven counter business, service to organization and personal not related enough, businesses separated and divided and customers waiting for too long. Since 2012, Construction Bank had started to carry out comprehensive transformation of bank sites. Under this circumstance, I research on comprehensive transformation of bank sites of Construction Bank, explore circumstance and necessity of comprehensive transformation of bank sites, combine experience and problems during reform and put forward some opinions and advices.
