Simulation Study On Dynamic Formation Mechanism About Nantong’s Construction Industry Competitiveness Based On The Combination Of SEM And SD

As the building strong city,after decades of development,Nantong has formed a large-scale construction industry,the construction level,quality and speed are in the lead in the national level.But there are still a lot of problems in the developm ent: Extensive management,pay no attention to the development of human capital a nd resources can not be reasonably utilized,the yield and efficiency considerations are lower than the international leading level.The development of the construction industry in Nantong has encountered a bottleneck,which is detrimental to the devel opment of the construction industry in the future.This paper studies the influence f actors of the competitiveness of Nantong’s construction industry and the ways to im prove its competitiveness,in view of the problems in the research,to provide sugg estions for the construction of the competent authorities to develop policies,to pro mote the construction industry in Nantong to improve the level of competitiveness,and ultimately to achieve the construction industry in Nantong,"good and fast" dev elopment.This paper for the construction industry competitiveness of the relevant literatur e summarize and summarized the construction analysis of the formation mechanism of the framework and the analysis of formation mechanism of competitiveness inde x system of Nantong city construction industry competitiveness;Secondly,from the static point of view,on the basis of the assumptions of the latent variables,the pa per analyzes the structural equation model of the influence factors of the competitiv eness of Nantong’s construction industry;Again,from the dynamic point of view,st arting in the structural equation model regression based,the establishment of Nanto ng Construction Industry Competitiveness dynamic game model,simulation experime nt,explore the effect of enhancing the competitiveness of dynamic key influencing factors;Finally,according to the empirical simulation in front of the conclusion of the Nantong construction industry to enhance the competitiveness and put forward s everal suggestions from the perspective of the government and enterprises.In this p aper,the main results are following:Firstly,to establish the analysis framework of the competitiveness of the constr uction industry in Nantong.Combined with the construction industry features propos ed includes the structure and the reasons for the competition,taking into account th e construction industry throughout the life cycle of the development of the construc tion industry competitiveness influencing factors analysis framework provides a broa d thinking on the competitiveness of the construction industry.Secondly,research into the construction industry competitiveness on the basis o f the structural equation model,explore the latent variables of influencing factors in Nantong construction industry competitiveness.According to the results of empirica l research,project management ability,technical ability,marketing ability and financ ing ability will have a direct or indirect effect on the competitiveness of constructio n industry in Nantong.Thirdly,the system dynamics model is introduced into the competitiveness mod el of the construction industry.Nantong municipal regional construction industry co mpetitiveness dynamic game model is constructed and development of Nantong regi onal construction industry competitiveness of simulation research,to explore the imp act of the industry to enhance the competitiveness of the key factors.Based on the structural equation model of the formation mechanism of the construction industry competitiveness in Nantong,By adjusting the parameters of the model simulation,it is found that the technological capability,human resource management and local p rotectionism play a key role in promoting the competitiveness of the construction in dustry in Nantong.
