With the continuous development of information technology,the state’s support for the development of high-tech industries,the unmanned economy came into being.As a new business model,the development of the unmanned economic business model not only meets the needs of consumption upgrades,but also plays an important role in the future development and upgrade of high-tech industries.More and more companies are investing in the research and development of the business model of unmanned economy,resulting in a variety of unmanned economic products on the market,and competition is also intensifying.However,since the unmanned economy is still a new concept,the overall development of the unmanned economy business model is still in its infancy,relevant policies and regulations have not been perfected,and most enterprises have also explored on the basis of the traditional business model,making some enterprises Development is slow and difficult.By discussing the key factors in the development process of the unmanned economic business model and the analysis of the role relationship,it can help companies to improve and innovate the business model in a targeted manner,and thus have an advantageous position in the market and obtain sustainable development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the sustainable formation mechanism of the unmanned economic business model.The thesis is mainly developed from the following aspects: First,around the research object of this article,the current status of domestic and foreign research on unmanned economic business model,business model sustainability,and sustainable formation mechanism are reviewed respectively,and the previous research results Deficiencies,and leads to the entry point of this study.Secondly,define the concept of the unmanned economic business model and the sustainability of the business model,and combine the enterprise capacity theory and life cycle theory to divide the life cycle stages of the unmanned economic business model,namely the formation period,growth period,and maturity period.And the four stages of the recession period,starting from the three major parts of the company ’s internal resources and capabilities,and the external environment,the formation factors of the sustainability of the unmanned business model are analyzed.Based on this,the questionnaire is designed and distributed to obtain data,and the principal component analysis method is used Obtain 7 key forming factors,namely enterprise fund management capability,enterprise operation capability,technical level,social contribution,customer trust,network security,and government support.Then,starting from the three aspects of economic sustainability,social sustainability and environmental sustainability of the business model,the conceptual model of the formation mechanism of the sustainability of the unmanned economic business model is built around the research framework of forming the foundation →forming the power →the sustainability of the business model Then,the structural equation model analysis method is selected to analyze the path relationship between the main factors that form the sustainability of the unmanned economic business model and the sustainability results,and reveal the formation mechanism of the sustainability of the unmanned economic business model.Finally,according to the analysis results,not all the forming factors have a direct effect on sustainability,and some factors will also affect the sustainability results through the action of other factors.The research conclusion has certain reference value for the development of business model of unmanned economy.
