Study On Evalution Of Land Use Efficiency In Lianhuashan Eco-tourism Resort Before And After Its Restrucured Land Use

Human survival is inseparable from land resources, land resource is also the material basis on social development. Some human activities on land resource change their own nature and land-use patterns, the rapid growth of population and socio-economic development caused the trend that increasing in demand for land, but in this case that the shortage of land resources supply often produce contradictory state. Supply and demand the imbalance causes structural imbalance in the national economy, irrational land use structure will affect the waste of land resources. Therefore, reasonably allocating limited land resource, balancing supply and demand land reource is the priority, according to national economic development needs and the social, economic and ecological conditions, land distribution sectors through rational land use planning provide reliable protection for socio-economic land development.Land use structure adjustment in Lianhuashan eco-tourism resort adhere to the principles of paying equal attention to tourism development and environmental protection, sustainable development for the purpose, protecting the ecological environment as the prerequisite, as a whole for the guidelines, person and nature harmonious to realize ecological environment health, economic efficient, socially harmony and progress, vigorously the development goal of regional integration. Use the data from 2011 to 2014 of regional agricultural land, land for construction, other land and their land type ? dynamically analysising various types of land use.According to the dynamic analysis of land use structure adjustment in Lianhuashan area,the benefit of agricultural land, construction land and ecological landscape index three evaluation index are determinated, using AHP to determine evaluation index weight, carries on the consistency check, constructing evaluation structure hieraechical relation with corresponding to score, through all kinds of ecological function data before and after the land use structure adjustment researching the ecological benefits.Using some principles select the economic indications in Lianhuashan area,AHP and the variation coefficient method used to calculate the weight of each index and combine weights, finding the most satisfacatory economic value, according to the analysis results of the comprehensive assessment.According to the results of economic and ecological benefits and all kinds of data,in order to realize the economic indicators in planning year as the goal, use the regression forecasting model projections on Lianhuashan area land use for the next five years, comparing with the original planning scheme, adding to the demand, putting forward some feasible suggestions for healthy and rapid development in the future.
