Land is an important natural-economic complexes for the development of human society, it has important value functions. China is rich in land resources, the total come out on top in the world, but per capita land area is rarely, only29%of the world per capita land. Our country is a superpower with a population of1.3billion. The less cultivated land requires us to stick to the "red line" of18million acres, pay more attention to the protection of cultivated land. Land remediation is an important measure to increase cultivated land and improve its quality. Meanwhile, during the land remediation, our research should put more emphasis on ecological benefits.Land remediation ecological benefits is:through the implementation of land remediation projects, environmental factors of the study area such as soil, water, vegetation and social environment may change, produce different ecological benefits. Eco-benefit evaluation is a important content of the new round land remediation planning, play an important role in improving the design level of land remediation planning and promoting the development of the land remediation. This paper puts the land remediation and ecological benefits theory as guide, takes build-up area of Xinjiang County in Shanxi Province as the study area, selects15factors from soil, water, vegetation and social environment factors as indexes. And ascertain the relations among the evaluation index as the weight of ecological benefit based on the AHP, establish the membership matrix and the evaluation model of AHP-FCE, then use this model to evaluate the land remediation ecological benefits.The results show that:After land remediation, the ecological benefits of the study area have been significantly increased, evaluation value increased from the13.3(before remediation) to24.43(after remediation). It indicates that the implementation of land remediation improved the local land utilization and soil environment, increased the cultivated land and promoted the improvement of the local ecological environment. The evaluation rating from "poor" to "excellent", soil and water factors has made great improvement, vegetation and social environmental factors also made some improvement, that the land remediation impact on the ecological environment is good, made a quite well ecological benefit.
