Management Game Program("MG" for short)is a project on the simulated international company management hosted by Carnegie Mellon University of U.S A.In MG,a management team of five MBA should complete the business running task within three years under the MG environment.Under MG environment,ET Company is an international enterprise that runs the business of watch manufacture and sale.The products manufactured by ET Company are Talent and Eternity.The thesis dissertates the process of establishment and implementation for Talent product of ET Company in the year of 2016-2017 and analyzes the marketing environment in the year of 2018.In the first,brief introduction on MG program is introduced,especially on outline,emphases of the MG program,as well as the basic regulation in MG program.The second chapter is a part for theory on marketing strategy management related to this thesis,including meanings of marketing strategy management,the relationship between marketing strategy and enterprise strategy,steps of marketing strategy management.The brief on ET Company is in the third chapter,introducing history,tenet and culture,organizational structure and products.The marketing environment of Talent is analyzed.In the fourth chapter the targets for the year of 2016-2018 are established and marketing strategy is established.In the fifth chapter on execution of marketing strategy,details on execution of marketing strategy in the year 2016-2017 are explained,as well as the problems and adjustment of strategy.The marketing environment of Talent in 2018 is analyzed.The targets are established and marketing strategy is optioned.In the sixth chapter is conclusions and shortcomings of the study,and the future research prospects.
