Enterprise performance management is a continuous process of performance management,performance evaluation,performance evaluation,performance evaluation,performance evaluation,performance evaluation,performance evaluation,performance management,performance management,and performance management.Modern enterprise performance evaluation plays an increasingly important,from the enthusiasm and creativity of the enterprise employees,establish a set of effective performance evaluation system,which is based on the incentive mechanism.he use of appropriate will mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,to stimulate the creativity of employees,the use of improper will blow the enthusiasm of the performance of outstanding employees.So,How to determine the performance evaluation index and method,establish the reasonable incentive mechanism,and promote the realization of the enterprise objectives,is one of the hot topics in the academic circles and enterprises in recent years.The development of performance appraisal theory is a hot topic at home and abroad.Enterprise performance appraisal is the central content of enterprise performance management.However,for most of the transformation of state-owned enterprises in China,due to historical reasons,the relevant system is relatively backward.Furthermore,how to improve the current mainstream performance evaluation system on the basis of further creates effective related system,it is an important problem which will greatly affect the development prospects of the enterprise and competitiveness.As a typical enterprise,Shaanxi tourism group also has such problems,in order to better practical,and is conducive to the relevant enterprises,this article use it as a case study,hope to provide reference for the development of related enterprises.Combined with related research,this paper analyses the importance of enterprise performance evaluation,and on the basis of the combination of Shaanxi tourism group co.,LTD.Analyzed the Shaanxi tourism group company specific problems existing in the performance appraisal,from the evaluation index,evaluation process of design problem on it.Then according to the advanced experience,in detail elaborated the performance appraisal index,appraisal process optimization,evaluation incentive optimization correlation methodand train of thought,we build a more perfect performance appraisal system for Shaanxi tourism group company.And finally we present the related performance appraisal system of the implementation of the strategy,respectively from the company organizational level,operating system level,and other aspects are expounded.
