Performance management is a modern enterprise human resource management an important tool. Human resources management as a means to a correct understanding of performance management, continuous improvement of employee and corporate performance, to establish a fair and effective performance management system is a necessary requirement for enterprise development, long-term sustainable development of enterprises of great significance.This article is intended to help Handan branch Office of SINOPEC to further improve and optimize the performance management system of drawing on the outcome of performance management theory and practice, through the existing performance management agencies to conduct research, analysis of the current organ performance management company problems, including Construction of performance plans and targets, performance management, process control, performance evaluation, performance feedback, performance results,they are applied to improve the five aspect of thinking, step by step analysis of each session, one by one to make recommendations to further optimize the process, gradually improve the performance management system, the formation of Performance Management Process The purpose of the closed loop system for the Handan branch of oil to provide a feasibility, operational and can highly practical reference for enterprise programs for the enterprises bigger and stronger technical support, lay the foundation for future development of enterprises.
