In the era of knowledge of economy,the management informatization has become a new tendency in enterprises’ management,managers focus on the combination of advanced technology and management concept.Especially in the military industry such as the aerospace technology enterprises,the human resource management system can relief people from tedious and meaningless works,and input into the meaningful strategic decision making.This paper will introduce the whole process of human resource informatization in SA enterprise,and it analyses the operation situation of the human resource management information in our enterprise.The present situation will be elaborated form seven aspects,including human resource planning,recruitment and deployment,training and exploitation,performance management,compensation management,labor relations management,and decision analysis,elaborate how the information means play a role in the human resource activity.By means of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,the company design a series of index to evaluate the application effect of human resource informatization and distribute the weight of index.By evaluating the score,we can conclude that the application effect of human resource management information system is not good.There are some problems in the informatization of human resource management.It including the business process is so complex in all human resource management works,the interactive communication is not enough in the management information platform,the management team lack the information technology literacy,informatization management system is imperfect,the information means is not applied frequently in the human resource management activity,and the cooperation among all parties is not good performance.Then it put forward a series of corresponding improvement way,such as optimize process of human resource management business,.We can set up a social human resource informantion platform,and optimize the skill structure of management team.At the same time,we can consummate the management administrations of human resource management informatization,and make the manager put more attention on human resource management informatization.In addition,we should enhance the cooperation ability among all participants in human resource management informatization process.At last,this article stress that we should focus on three aspects that developing information management talents,to optimize management system and process,and all departments put continuous attention on informationization,in order to make system function well.This paper analyses the issues in human resource informatization in management view.I hope this article will provide experiences and reference for other similar enterprises.
