The Research On The Quality Of China's New Urbanization Development And Systematic Coordination

Although our country's urbanization level enhances unceasingly,traditional urbanization that improved the level of urbanization by expanding the scale of urban population and area,appeared constantly a series of problems of inefficient economic development,unequal public service and resource waste and environment pollution.Thus,China's new urbanization urgently needs to realize the change of paying more attention to “quality improvement” than to “quantity increasing and scale expansion”,and positively explore a path which conforms to the characteristics of new urbanization development in China.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research results,this paper reasonably and comprehensively defines the connotation of the quality of new urbanization development,and established the index system of evaluating the quality of new urbanization development according to three dimensions of the humanization,high efficiency and intensive mechanism,as well as structure optimization.Firstly,based on the related data from 1994 to 2013,the quality of China's new urbanization development is measured and analyzed,in order to understanding the overall quality level of China's new urbanization development for the past 20 years.Next,using the method of the systematic coordination analysis,the systematic coordination of Chinese new urbanization is revealed further.Finally,this paper builds the influence factor model by the time series analysis method,to explore the important factors that affect the quality of China's new urbanization development and provide suggestions for improving the quality of new urbanization development.Through the above research,we can draw some conclusions.First is that the comprehensive quality of Chinese new urbanization development is on the rise.The level of humanization,high efficiency and intensive mechanism rise significantly,and promote the rise of the comprehensive quality of Chinese new urbanization development.But the level of structure optimization is still low,and restricts the development of new urbanization.Second,the subsystems of humanization,high efficiency and intensive mechanism,structure optimization experience from disorder to coordination and finally to high coordination.New urbanization has achieved coordinated development year by year.Third,the investments in the environment and technology and economic development have important effects to China's new urbanization.
