Research On The Coordination Degree Between New-type Urbanization And Regional Development In China's Provinces

With the improvement of urbanization rate,China is in the middle and later stages of accelerated urbanization development.However,the traditional urbanization development brings inefficiency of utilization of land,overloaded ecological environment and low level of public service,which urgently requires the transformation to new-type urbanization to improve the quality of urbanization development and lead regional development.The new-type urbanization plan(2014-2020)clearly points out that the new-type urbanization development is a strong support to promote the coordinated development of China's regions.How to realize the benign interaction between new-type urbanization and regional development has become a hot issue.So this article will be China's 30 provinces(except Tibet)as the study area,through the analysis of the coordination mechanism of the new-type urbanization and regional development,measure coordination degree of the new-type urbanization and the regional development,put forward countermeasures and suggestions,so as to promote the new-type urbanization and the improvement of regional development,realize coordination of the new-type urbanization and regional development.Firstly,this paper takes population urbanization,economic urbanization,social urbanization,ecological civilization urbanization,infrastructure urbanization and urban-rural balance as the criterion layer,and selects 41 indicators to build a new-type urbanization evaluation index system.At the same time,taking regional innovative development,coordinated development,green development,open development and Shared development as the criterion layer,34 indicators were selected to build a regional development evaluation index system.The range standard method is used to make the data dimensionless,and then the entropy method is used to calculate the comprehensive index of new-type urbanization and regional development level of Chinese provinces from 2011 to 2017,GeoDa software was used to analyze the spatial structure of the new-type urbanization and regional development level in China's provincial regions,and the spatial correlation was analyzed by Moran's I index and LISA cluster graph.Secondly,the comprehensive index of new-type urbanization and regional development level from 2011 to 2017 is taken into the constructed coordination degree model to calculate the coordination degree of new-type urbanization and regional development from 2011 to 2017.GeoDa software was used to analyze the spatial structure of coordination degree,and the spatial correlation of coordination degree was analyzed by Moran's I index and LISA cluster graph.Then use the convergence method to test the regional differences of level of the new-type urbanization and regional development and its coordination degree from 2011 to 2017.Through the above empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:?the spatial pattern of the new-type urbanization development changes from horizontal and vertical lines-two steps to two vertical and three steps;The spatial pattern of regional development level is composed of three levels of ladder in the direction of southeast to northwest and east to west and decreasing in both directions.The regions with high regional development level gather in the eastern and central regions,while the regions with low regional development level gather in the northeast and western regions.The spatial structure of the coordination degree presents a three-step state of line-strip-section gradually decreasing from east to west.?the new urbanization and regional development level and coordination degree have an obvious positive spatial correlation,and a high degree of agglomeration.However,the positive spatial correlation of regional development level increased from 2011 to 2013,while the positive spatial correlation of regional development level decreased from 2013 to 2017.?The coordination level of new-type urbanization and regional development is relatively low on the whole,and the highest level is only slightly coordinated,and the proportion is relatively small.The provinces with a low degree of coordination are mainly represented by the regional development lag,while the provinces with a high degree of coordination are mainly represented by the new-type urbanization lag,which indicates that the regional development lag is the main factor hindering the provinces with a low degree of coordination to improve the coordination degree,and the new-type urbanization lag is the main factor hindering the provinces with a high degree of coordination to improve the coordination degree.?The regional difference of the new urbanization is at a medium level,and the regional difference is increasing;The regional difference of regional development level is the largest and the regional difference is increasing.The regional difference of coordination degree level is the smallest and the regional difference is gradually reduced.Finally,in order to further improve the coordination between new urbanization and regional development,the following suggestions are put forward:?promote
