This paper targets Zhongziantong as sample to analyze the application of the performance management theory. The research results shows, Zhongziantong has couple of problems in performance management work. For example, Zhongziantong has uncompleted evaluation index, the evaluation indices are unaccurate, and the performance results has not been related with incentive and punishment measure. Then, according to the exisitng performance management theory, this paper proposes the supporting measures.This paper the present performance evaluation situation for Zhongziantong, and then designs the performance management system for Zhongziantong, this part is the main content of this paper. Finally, this paper proposes the implementation and guarantee issues of Zhongziantong's performance management system.This paper explores the performance management system for Zhongziantong, which can have a certain significance and reference value for the industry. |
