Performance appraisal means that the enterprises, in order to achieve the desired objectives of the operation, use the specific criteria and indicators to make a value judgment process of specified tasks and achievements for the staff within the stipulated time period. The establishment of effective performance appraisal index system will develop the strategic goal of the enterprise. While it must be a process of continuous improvement, through the performance appraisal index process, to discover and diagnose the problems and to find approaches to solve the problems. By improving the performance appraisal index system, the indexes will become more targeted and operable, so as to promote the rapid development of enterprises and to achieve the enterprise's strategic objectives.In this paper, according to the size of the income and performance appraisal of the V Company in the past six months, it has been found that there are two unbalanced development and a "shorter board" from the performance appraisal indexes. Two unbalanced development refers to the development of iPhone and non-iPhone products is not balanced; and the development of social channels and self-owned channels is not balanced. A "shorter board" from performance appraisal indexes refers to that one of the process indexes named "numbers of effective platform customers" is not ideal in the performance appraisal index system. Therefore, we need to study the current performance appraisal index system, by using the data analysis of the results of the performance appraisal index both from the provincial branch companies and city branch companies, combined with questionnaire survey and interview methods to make further analysis of the problem, in order to find the problems need to be solved. Then to improve the performance appraisal index system of the V Company, a series of key performance appraisal indexes more suitable for the current scale of the development needs, the safeguard measures and the establishment of performance appraisal result feedback mechanism will be given. Through the establishment of a new performance appraisal index, we will guide the provincial and the city branch companies to specialize in a direction and promote the overall performance of the V Company.1 hope this research can provide a practical reference and help for the V Company's performance, and provide reference for the Headquarters of V Company and other provincial companies as well.
