Organization aims at seeking long-term sustainable development must be able to adapt to the dynamic changes in the external environment, to achieve internal conditions and external environment to match, hence the need for restructuring of the organization in a timely manner at different stages of the business life cycle. With the acceleration of global economic integration, the rapid spread of information technology and network coverage more widely, organizational change has become the critical action that helps organization to win in the competition and to achieve the strategic objectives. In today's unpredictable markets, market demand personalizing obviously, under conditions of increased uncertainty, project management as a new way to organize internal business development, and project-driven organization, flat, flexible organizational structure is to deal with the fierce market competition an important way.In the project contract model, management level, there are many problems of organizational project management in DXS, overall project management at a low level state. There is no appropriate adjustments targeted binding characteristics of the organizational structure of the project, lacking a systematic approach to project management. Blind make a lot of organization to undertake the project confusion, decline in performance, decreased market share, it failed to achieve the company's strategic plans and objectives.This paper using in-depth study by the typical case of large rubber type driving to work from the traditional project-based drive for change, analyzed the major organizational problems in the current market environment, declining performance, analyze the organizational structure inappropriate deep-seated reasons that the duration of the presence of its main projects, quality, cost and other target completion poor, bear no responsibility for such issues. Therefore, the next of the same sort of organizational change through the theory, changes the content analysis of the changes in the project to explore the selection matrix organizational structure, project organization and coordination responsibility and rights of way and the project manager, puts forward the project of change for the later management system and management process basis.
