The only unchangeable rule in this world is change. As the continuous development of the national economy and the improvement of people's live, we have stepped into the historical process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The year 2006 is the first year of National Eleventh Five-year Program. According to the forecast of authoritative institution, the national economy will keep on the trend of high-speed development this year. The development of economy relies on investment. The continuously increasing of fixed assets investment has brought in the unprecedented boom in construction field, and meanwhile absorbed a great deal of social capital, making fierce competition all over the world. Additionally, the construction marketing, with low credit level and great risk, needs to be standardized. On this background, construction enterprises suffer a lot during the process of operation. Continuous decreasing in income and frequent interruption in capital turnover drive them into a trap.The Eighth Provincial Construction Corporation, which I'm working in, can not escape the same destiny. Additionally, the inter-effect of its old concept, incomplete system, disordered management, unclear responsibility division as well as overstaffed structure leads to the serious lost. The limited capital is trapped in bad projects. Although the whole construction marketing is expanding, the scale of our company does not change even begin to shrink.The purpose and meaning of this paper which takes the practical problems of our company as its study objective is to make myself try to use the learnt theoretical tools, to analyze both the internal and external environment of our company, to recognize the opportunities and threats, and to explore the existing problems, so as to find a way to guide our company getting out of the trap.
