Team building and management is a problem concerned by enterprises. Sales team is the source of corporate profits, is the assurance of performance. Enterprise team construction, the construction of the sales team is important one annulus. And excellent sales team, need fundamentally of team construction, improve the system of team, create integration team construction scheme for enterprise itself, and in some important key points on the control and monitoring, in this way can we continue to team building, improve the overall ability of the sales team and comprehensive quality, the comprehensive strength of the play team.The first chapter is the introduction part, this paper describes the background, the thesis research question paper studies the purpose and significance, content and methods and thesis writing. The second chapter, will use sales team building and management theory knowledge, clarify team, team building, such as concept, this paper from the theoretical level to study the sales team construction problems put forward theoretical basis. The third chapter analysis of H company sales team construction situation and existing problems. The fourth chapter, according to the current situation of H company, analyze the sales team of the construction of the internal and external environment, to explore suitable for H company sales team of the construction of the guiding ideology and principle, and design suitable for the construction of the H company sales team practices. The fifth chapter, according to the sales team building practices, puts forward the implementation should pay attention to the key point of control. The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect, through the above analysis, summarizes the main conclusion of this article, and put forward in this paper on the basis of this study and future research prospects and the deficiency of the proposal.The purpose of this paper is to in H company sales team construction as the research object, in H company existing problems in the construction of the sales team and work out corresponding solutions sales team construction, and analyzes what method is used to improve the sales team construction and management. On the one hand, can through the study of this paper, improve the overall level of H company sales team, through the play to the enthusiasm of the entire team players, form a good team spirit to enhance the efficiency of sales team, thus make the team, the company and employees to maximize the interests of play; On the other hand, the study of H company sales team building, can be in the same industry enterprises for reference of the experience.
