Research On Construction Enterprises Credit Evaluation System

With the rapid development of market economy in our country, the issue of integrity in construction industry appeared increasingly serious, the dishonest behavior of the parties in construction market has become an important factor to restrict the healthy development of the construction market. In order to solve this problem, the Ministry of housing and urban-rural development and local governments are vigorously promoting the construction of construction industry credit evaluation system, but from the present situation, the construction industry credit evaluation system can have a lot of development space. The construction enterprises plays a very special role in the construction industry, the construction enterprises credit evaluation system is the important premise and foundation of the construction industry credit evaluation system, so a preliminary study focused on the construction and implementation of construction enterprises credit evaluation system was done in this thesis.The research background and the research purposes and the domestic and foreign research status was introduced first, then the research content and the total frame was pointed out. Next the related theory of construction enterprises credit evaluation system was elaborated, then the Ministry of housing and urban-rural development and three representative cities: Guangzhou, Chongqing, Shenzhen was selected on the basis of these theories. The existing problem of construction enterprises credit evaluation system through analyzing and comparing the construction status of their existing construction enterprises credit evaluation system was summed up in this thesis. Finally, the construction enterprises credit evaluation system was built, and the specific segments of the implementation in the construction of construction enterprise credit evaluation system was given in this thesis.The credit evaluation system of construction enterprises, including the construction of credit evaluation index system was established, the establishment of the evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process and scoring method and the design of the integrity information supervision platform. The specific evaluation indexs,the evaluation methods and the specific steps of the implementation in construction enterprises credit evaluation system was put forward. I hope I can provide some reference to the administrative department of construction with a strong practicability and maneuverability.
