Credit evaluation of agricultural production bases is an important basis for credit grade classification of agricultural production bases,which is conducive to promoting the healthy and orderly development of agricultural production bases.The traditional expert scoring method has some problems in the credit grading of agricultural production bases,such as strong subjective factors,unscientific evaluation methods,imperfect index system and incomplete and systematic data,which seriously affects the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results.In view of the above problems,this paper first systematically analyzed the current research status of credit evaluation of agricultural production bases at home and abroad,then constructed the credit evaluation index system of agricultural production bases,and then put forward the credit evaluation model based on Improved Analytic Hierarchy process,finally developed the credit evaluation system of agricultural production bases.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Established the credit evaluation index system of agricultural production base.Establishing a scientific credit evaluation index system for agricultural production bases is the premise of objective and fair credit evaluation.The index system includes evaluation elements,evaluation indexes,evaluation criteria and evaluation weights.In view of the particularity and difference of agricultural production base,this paper analyses the work flow,standard requirements,industry norms and credit characteristics of agricultural production base,screens and summarizes the content of credit evaluation index system suitable for construction.A credit evaluation index system for agricultural production bases covering more than 60 specific indicators was established based on the principles of credit subject,production and operation,supervision and inspection,quality detection,risk prevention and control,and public feedback.(2)A credit evaluation model of agricultural production base based on improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is proposed.Firstly,the weights of criteria are determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the weights of all indicators are determined by consistency test.Then,the evaluation grade is established by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the membership function is determined,the fuzzy relation matrix is constructed,and the various indicators are analyzed by fuzzy evaluation.Finally,according to the characteristics of the agricultural production base,the corresponding grade standards are formulated,and the agricultural production base is established.Geographic comprehensive score is divided into five grades,representing extreme poor,poor,general,good and excellent,so as to determine the credit rating and credit status of agricultural production bases.In this paper,the data of six different types of agricultural standardized production bases in Beijing in 2017(including planting,breeding,seeds,pesticides,fertilizers,veterinary drugs)were selected to conduct credit evaluation,and the validity of the model was verified.(3)Research and design the credit evaluation system of agricultural production base.Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis+Dubbox is used as the back-end framework of the credit evaluation system for agricultural production base,AngularJS+Bootstrap is used as the front-end framework,and SOA(Service Oriented Architecture,SOA)is used as the design idea.Java is used as the programming language to develop the functional modules of the system.The technical framework of the credit evaluation system for agricultural production base is constructed,and the basis of this paper is put forward.The credit evaluation model of agricultural production base based on improved analytic hierarchy process is integrated into the system.In addition,the system uses HDFS+Hive+SparkSQL+SparkStreaming+Kafka big data technology to build a data warehouse,which can realize off-line analysis,real-time calculation and dynamic management of credit evaluation results of agricultural production bases.In conclusion,this study transforms the credit evaluation process into strict mathematical language expression and analysis by improving the analytic hierarchy process,which minimizes the shortage of subjective factors and makes the credit evaluation results of agricultural production bases more objective and reliable.Finally,it achieves good results in the process of demonstration application.This study can provide technical support for standardized management,transformation and decision-making of agricultural production bases.
