As a pillar industry, construction industry has made great contribution to economic development and urbanization construction in our country, at the same time, the production safety situation is still not optimistic. On one hand, the higher risk for construction projects makes safety accidents happen frequently, on the other hand, construction labor worker’s low professional quality, bigger liquidity and group characteristics makes buildings’ production safety situation more serious in our country. Failed to combine with Chinese cultural characteristics to consider construction worker’s small groups phenomenon and the geographical, biological features, the existing research could not effectively improve construction enterprises’ production safety situation.According to the application and implementation of the construction engineering project management theory, this thesis deeply analyzes the current of our country’s construction engineering subcontract, management organizational structure of subcontracting team as well as the basic characteristics of construction worker. It defines the position of supervisor in subcontracting management, puts forward the assumptive relationship between supervisor’s leadership and construction worker’s behavior. Then it defines the connotation of supervisor’s leadership and safety performance, and researches the mediation effect of safety attitude between them. At last, it builds hierarchy theory model of the democratic supervisor’s leadership on the level of organization, safety attitude and safety performance on the individual level.It obtains data combining of interviews with structured questionnaire, then uses HLM 7.0 hierarchical model to unfold empirical analysis. The results show that democratization and humanized supervisors have significant positive effect to safety attitude and safety performance of construction worker, and safety attitude has significant positive impact on safety performance. This thesis provides that construction workers should be paid great attention for humanized management. What’s more, construction enterprises should strengthen the education of supervisor’s management mode and safety training to improve the safety performance of construction workers and the enterprise. |
