Research On Labor Construction Subcontracting Management And Its Market Price Prediction

With the rapid disappearance of demographic dividend, employment issues like “aging population”, “labor shortage” and “excessive increase of labor cost” become even more critical, and the study on labor construction subcontracting management and the perspective of its unit price are of significance for the healthy and sustainable development of construction industry.This paper, from the perspective of labor construction subcontracting systematic management and its unit price, deeply studies some predictive problems like construction subcontracting management as well as unit labor cost.1) The necessity of construction subcontracting management, management principles and the necessity of predicting market unit labor price are discussed. The study’s meaning and value of construction subcontracting systematic management and the establishment of predictive model for unit labor price are put forward.2) This paper innovatively comes up with the idea that applying the ANP of Super Decisions and entropy method so as to confirm and analyze the influential factors weight.Based on the dominating influential factors, market and social condition, high-operability measures are put forward in order to achieve the purpose for the healthy and sustainable development of construction subcontracting. And high-operability measures includs optimize structure of establishing union, improving the subcontracting management, strengthening the government’s guidance and supervision.3) Based on the significant position of unit labor price in construction subcontracting,this paper, making use of statistical method and entropy method, analyzes the influential factors of unit labor price and buid a new predictive model for unit labor price rooted in the GRNN neural networks of Matlab. It has certain reference significance to solve the current problems of delay in labor information in the construction market, and provides some references to build integrated a predictive model for unit labor price in the construction market.4) Through a instance of construction projects, practicability and efficiency of the systematic management of construction subcontracting and market price prediction of GRNNneural networks, based on Matlab have been verified and analyzed.Through studies, construction subcontracting system management and unit labor price prediction improve the construction subcontracting management, enhance the dynamic management of labor cost, and also lays a foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of construction subcontracting in China.
