With the high-speed development of economy and further speed-up of the urbanization process, the structure of social and the urban-rural areas has a big change after the quick adjustment, city construction and industrial development accelerated the demand of land use. And it led to large rural land be expropriated, and the term "land-lost farmers" aroused at the historic moment. In the recent ten years, the number of land-lost farmers increased dramatically. According to conservative estimate, it has been more than 50,000,000 in 2010, most of them caused great pressure to the society, and threatened the social security seriously. At the same time, it has led to highlight the "three dimensional rural" issues again. How to improve the income, how to appease their psychology, and help them again obtain employment?adapt to the new social environment quickly? To construct the land-lost farmers` social security system, not only is the problem to be solved now, but also is the inherent requirement of building new countryside and harmonious society. This article took land-lost farmers in Zhejiang Province as the research object, on the basis of introducing the theory about farmers` income and land-lost farmers` status in Zhejiang province, we designed the questionnaire, selected 4 villages of Jiaxing City?3 villages of Yiwu City and 3 villages of Lishui City, which have a total of 371 family, sent out 347 copies of questionnaire and took back 345, analyzed these questionnaire and studied the land-lost farmers` income security model between the three citys. We compared it from the security project, security level and the security object separately, for the purpose of multi-level and multi-angle to discuss the income status of land-lost farmers in Zhejiang province. The comparison results showed that Jiaxing and Yiwu are basically the same in the three aspects, Lishui City is the lowest in the three citys. Although land-lost farmers` income has increased than before when they had land, most of them were still not satisfied with the current level of income, and pointed out that the current social security system needs further construction and implement. Most of land-lost farmers said that it`s need time to adapt the land-lost life, and need training to integrate into urban life quickly, but they have not trained yet. This article gives relevant suggestions and constructions on how to improve the land-lost farmers` income in Zhejiang province. And conclusions and further reseach directions are given at the end of the article.
