Study On Social Security Of Land-Lost Farmers In K District Of Tongliao City

In recent years,landless peasants have been defined as a special group between urban residents and peasants.After losing their land,although their status has changed,they are still treated as "marginalized" in the city,unable to enjoy the same welfare policy as urban residents,but because they have been separated from the status of peasants,they can not continue to enjoy the subsidy policy of peasants themselves.Therefore,the social security of land-lost peasants is an important issue in the process of urbanization,which is of great significance.From the perspective of social security theory,this paper takes the landless farmers in K District of Tongliao City as an example to investigate the social security enjoyed by the landless farmers in K District of Tongliao City.By comparing the social security level of the farmers before and after the loss of land,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the social security of the farmers in K District of Tongliao City,and analyzes the causes of the problems,so as to put forward relevant suggestions for Tongliao City government to formulate social security policies.This paper is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction.This part specifically introduces the research background,purpose and significance,and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,formulates the research framework and technical route;the second is the concept definition and theoretical basis.In this part,the concepts of "landless peasants","social security" and other related theories such as "Marxist economic social security theory","efficiency and equity theory","Maslow's demand level theory" are elaborated;Third,the current situation of social security of landless peasants in K district of Tongliao City.Summarize the survey results of land-lost farmers in K district,and use SPSS analysis software to analyze by graphic means;Fourthly,analyze the problems and causes of social security of land-lost farmers in K district of Tongliao city.This part mainly elaborates the problems and causes of social security of land-lost farmers in K district from the aspects of land expropriation compensation,pension,medical treatment and employment;Fifth,the relevant countermeasures to solve the problems.This part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of landless peasants in K district of Tongliao City from four aspects:deepening the system reform,formulating preferential policies for employment,providing legal aid and improving the social security system;Sixth,conclusions and prospects,specifically pointing out the conclusions and shortcomings of this study.
