With the rapid development of economic, China's mobile communication industry has made brilliant achievements. The mobile communication industry has gradually become a strong growth point that promote the development of national economy. The development of China Mobile communication first attributed to China's macroeconomic. With the improvement of people's living standard, people have strongly demand for communication, thus forming a huge potential users. With the mobile network coverage has expanded, personal mobile communication cost is reducing, mobile phone users expanding, and it is also conducive to promote the mobile industry. The benign development of the macro economy based on mobile communication market, there will be a sustained, healthy development. But there will also be changes, for example, from quantity growth to quality, from the previous simple pursuit of quantity increase to pursuing new business proportion and from 3g to 4g transformation.Since the beginning of the development of communication market, the national policy tilt to the eastern. Economic, geographical conditions in itself that also promote the development of the eastern part of communication industry, and the midwest is far behind the eastern region, resulting in the imbalance in the development of China's telecommunications market, and gradually increasing trend.But the development difference of mobile communication market in China is obvious.Therefore promoting China's mobile communication market coordinated development has become more and more important. Based on many factors, the regional difference of China Mobile communication market development trend to increase. On the basis of mobile communication users panel data of 27 provinces, the use of SFA model for empirical analysis, revealling the factor distribution pattern, development of regional differences and the influence of the mobile communication market.Research found that per capital disposable income, network capacity, industrial structure, level of education and other factors are the most important factors that affect the communication market scale users and communication industry regional coordinated development. China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, three major telecom operators in order to seize the market competing to launch package, to a certain extent, also promoted the development of communication market. The results of this study are useful for the operators, the government to provide inspiration forindustrial upgrading communication, coordinating regional development policy, and it is also conducive to promote the development of China's communication industry healthily and orderly.
