The friendly nations, China and Russia are linked by the strong economic complementarities, along with the huge market potential of bilateral trade. In recent years, with the signing and stable progress of bilateral strategic partnership and good neighborly friendship and cooperation treaty, bilateral trade relations have made steady development. However, at present, because of many factors, the Sino-Russian trade in services scale is not large, of which the productive service trade development is closely linked with trade in goods is just at the starting stage, and it can be said that the service trade cooperation between China and Russia is far behind the political cooperation. The two countries struggle to strengthen cooperation in the field of trade in productive services to promote the Sino-Russian economic development and economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, in order to adapt to the trend of economic globalization, has the important practical significance. On one hand, the existing research on didn’t pay attention to the study of the productive services trade between China and Russia, on the other hand, there were rarely to explore the correlation between productive service trade and goods trade. This paper aims to compensate for these shortcomings, for further research related to Sino-Russian bilateral trade in goods and trade in productive services.This article use the econometric analysis methods, such as Johansen test, Granger-causality examination and impulse response function to examine the dynamic influencing relationship between total quantity of productive services trade and goods trade between China and Russia. Then the dynamic influencing relationship between different departments of services trade(goods trade) and the import or export of goods trade(services trade) are further examined. Finally, some suggestions are forwarded for the promotion of Sino-Russian services trade and goods trade.
