With the rapid progress of development of international labor division and science technology, the proportion of manufacturing trade in service in the global trade continues to improve, become the key factor of manufacturing industry bigger and stronger. For us it is a big manufacturing country, a crucial role of manufacturing services in the manufacturing industry upgrading in. The development of high quality, competitive products and service, has become the inevitable trend of the development of the service industry in China in the future. But in the service in the manufacturing process, can produce the satisfied service for manufacturing industry products has become a key factor, namely manufacturing service product competitiveness, is an important factor that can enhance the further development of the manufacturing industry. Therefore. Manufacturing service product competitiveness has become an increasingly the focus of attention.This article is to research the manufacturing service product competitiveness, the use of "Chinese international balance of payments" of the data, analyzes the present situation of China manufacturing service trade, measure the share index, revealed comparative advantage index, trade competition index and Michaely competitive advantage index four index of manufacturing trade in service the various departments of the international market, through the analysis of the recent 10 years of manufacturing service trade development, we can draw the following main conclusions:First of all, in the 7 different manufacturing service trade departments, building services and computer and information services is always in the advantageous position in competition, followed by communication service. There is a significant enhancement in the 2010 financial services competition advantage. Transport services and insurance services in a weak position; in which several services, competition in the most vulnerable position is royalties and license fees service.Secondly, from the development trend, building services and computer and information services competitive advantage in a rising trend, followed by communication, while communication service competitive advantage fluctuation. Financial services to upgrade quickly in recent years the competition advantage, transport and insurance services competition ability strengthens constantly, but there is still a big gap. Royalties and license fees for the service competition increases slowly, investment in this area need to pay attention to.Once again, from the point of view of the future development potential, building service is always in the advantageous position in competition, the superiority status has been consolidated, not much room for growth. Computer and information services and communication service has great room for growth, especially in communication service. Financial services competitive advantage is on a downward trend, the domestic financial services to improve service quality, to maintain the current competitive advantage. Insurance and transportation services also need development, narrow the gap with the international level. The royalties and license fees of competitive advantage to improve the country, need to constantly improve the level of education, and the combination of research, encourage institutions of higher learning and enterprise cooperation, the scientific research and production are combined, more use of university resources to cultivate the innovation capability of enterprises.At the same time, this paper establish 6 variable VAR model, and carries on the generalized impulse response function analysis.
