| With the trend of more and more frequent economic exchange between China and theworld,goods trade over the international sea transportation develops more and more frequently,great achievements has been made progressively.Ever since China's reform and opening up,China's foreign trade relations have become increasingly close with the world,By means of cost advantage,China's trade of goods has been ranked on top of list in the total trade volume over the world with strongly forward trends.However by comparison with the trade of goods,the volume of China's international sea transport service trade is relatively low,mainly owing to its late start,lacking of government's support,improper ways of development,too more focus on scale rather than competitive.To be more specific,China's international sea transport trade faces problems of poor service quality,low serving capability,lacking of human resource and legal system support,which has leads to its long-term deficit state.Further reform and reconstruction is needed so as to gain the advantages on future competition.In order to seek the solution to this problem,this paper focuses on China's development of international sea transport service trade,and discusses the relativity of international sea transport services trade and in goods trade under the view of the Belt and Road Initiative.Most representing 12 countries has been selected as samples of this research,to seek the breakthrough of China's international sea transport services further developments.To promote the reconciled progress of goods trade and international sea transport services,level up enterprises competitive,leads the overall developing of the Belt and Road Initiative countries goods and sea transport service trade.This paper mainly includes the following parts: Firstly,this paper analyzes the relation between international goods trade and sea transport service trade under the theory of comparative advantage,Alan V.Deardorff model,production blocks and services theory.Then analyzes the present trends of China and world's goods and sea transport service trade,using the data extracted from United Nation's trade statistics of twelve the Belt andRoad Initiative countries to compares relation between the international sea transport service trade and goods trade.After that,by means of empirical analysis,through stability test of data this paper builds the VAR model and impulse innovation response for further analysis.Over all,new strategic advice has been give under the back ground of the Belt and Road Initiative to further provoke China's international sea transport service trade. |
