Trade is the main driving force of economic growth in a country or region, Environment of a country or region is the basis for sustainable development. With the speeding up of global economy's integration process and the deepening of China's reform and opening up, Guangdong's export trade has became the important driving force of economic development. However, the extensive mode of trade brings the enormous pressure and challenges to the environment.Through the general experience analysis and empirical research, this paper discusses the effect of Guangdong's exporting trade to pollution and the environmental regulations during 1990 to 2007. And analysis the environmental effects of the export trade and exporting trade effects of environmental regulations in detail according to the existing theory. By employing generalized impulse response and variance decomposition analysis in order to explain the changing track and statement character of Guangdong's industrial pollution emissions under the condition of export growth. While taking advantage of the relevance research to analysis the correlation of environmental regulation and Guangdong's exporting trade. In addition, this paper constructs a simultaneous model to decomposit the environmental effects and exporting trade effects.The result shows that the exporting trade of Guangdong causes the deterioration of the environment. And economies scale effect, technical effect, structural effect is the determining factor affecting the environment. Another environmental regulation can change the structure of export products, thus reducing pollution emissions. But Guangdong's environmental regulation measures produced a smaller effect of technological innovation. And suggestions are advanced in accordance with the results of relevant studies.
