To implement the career developing management from a business perspective has become the core of human resource management of many modern enterprises. With building a scientific and reasonable career developing management system, the enterprises can guide their employees to improve themselves and achieve their career goals. Meanwhile, the system can make the individual development of each employee's better meet the strategic needs of company for talents. With no doubt, this is an effectively win-win strategy.Based on existing research results, this essay take into consideration the current status of human resources of Bochang Steel Trading Co., Ltd., and then found out that there are many problems in talent management in this company. For instance, a fuzzy promotion standard, an absence of diverse career developing channels, an unserviceable managerial position, a low job mobility, a slow improvement in staffs' capability, etc. By analyzing these questions, we found out that the main reason lies in the lack of a set of perfect employees' career developing management system and the supporting systems. The main goal of setting up the system is to make the career developing channels clearer and broader, and then provide all the employees with a broader developing platform. On premise of consideration of the characteristics and needs of employees, this essay designed three career developing channels, which includes management position promotion channel, professional title promotion channel, seniority award promotion channel. And then specified the requirements and process of promotion. Also, it's necessary to design a complete set of staff training system and set up a backup talent team. At last, it provided the organizational guarantee and institutional guarantee, to optimize the whole plan.Through establishing employees' career developing management system in Bochang, we hope that the staffs can serve better for the company's development strategy, the company will be more flexible to cope with the new market competition environment and enhance its competitive advantage at the same time. At last, become a benchmarking enterprise. Moreover, we hope this plan can help other enterprises in the steel trading industry with carrying out the employees'career developing management system.
