The Fundamental competition among enterprises is the one for talent. "To improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the talent market so that the competitive advantages of enterprises in the entire market are able to be increased", which has already been the consensus of many business managers. More and more companies are aware of that: to attract and retain top talent the way only providing the satisfactory salary and benefits is not fully effective, because many employees pursue career development and challenges besides normal life necessities. They desire to develop themselves during the work, and fully realize their individual values, which is the major reason for a considerable number of enterprises are more attention to employee career path planning and management. Career path management is a win-win system. Essentially, it can improve the competitiveness of enterprises, fully realize employee's potential capability, in order to optimize human resources, improve management efficiency, and ultimately achieve the long-term benefits between the employees.Based on the research and analysis of career path management theory, considering the current human resources status and problems of S Company, this paper analyses the loss of brain drains due to the lack of the career management. This paper conducts studies on career path management from the perspective of the organization, taking into account the staff personality variety and career needs, designs out an operational career management program. Besides, the factors of the implementation of the program, the possible factors that may affect the implementation of the program and the correspondent evadable methods are analyzed as well, so that a unique, perfect and systemic staff career path management blue print is generated.
