With the rapid development of social economy, the enterprise managers will increasingly pay more attention to human resource(HR) and human resource management(HRM) so that it will make the professional growth of HRM practitioners in enterprise become more and more important, whose career adaptability development is what we need to focus on. Based on the enterprise practitioners of HRM as the research object, the empirical research will be given priority with theoretical analysis to have an understanding of the development situation of career adaptability for HRM practitioners in Chinese enterprises, exploring the variables relationship and intermediate effect between career adaptability, proactive personality, core self-evaluations, job performance and career satisfaction.The results show four claims. First, career adaptability of HRM practitioners in enterprises is overall in good condition which is at moderate strong levels. It appears significant differences of overall dimensions in gender, marital status, rank and the number of promotion. Second, proactive personality and core self-evaluation not only have a significant positive correlation between career adaptability but remarkably influence the development of career adaptability and its various dimensions as well. Third, there is a significant positive correlation between career adaptability and job performance, career satisfaction which also notably influences the changes of dimension in career satisfaction and job performance. Forth, for career adaptability, it is in a core position of multiple mediation models combined by all study variables, which acts as an important intermediation.
