Research On Evaluation Of Regional Leading Industry

The regional leading industry is mainly of regional characteristic economy, is the core of the regional industrial structure.A regional industrial structure is reasonable can determines the region economy coordinated development, and regional leading industry selection and cultivation right is the key to build a reasonable industrial structure.Thus, the overall direction of development and speed of the regional economy in the first place depends on correct selection and reasonable to foster leading industries, and the assessment of regional leading industry to provide the basis for the choice of leading industry.Regional leading industry is mainly reflect of regional characteristic economy and the core of the regional industrial structure.Industrial structure of a region determines the development of the region economic.The select of regional leading industries is the key of constructing a reasonable industrial structure.It shows that the overall direction and pace of development of the regional economy firstly depends on the proper selection and reasonable nurture leading industries and the evaluation of regional leading industry provide the basis for the choice of leading industries.The principal component analysis will be applied to the selection and evaluation of regional leading industries,do empirical research on the evaluation of Linghai leading industry.This paper firstly starts from the index system and evaluation methods of evaluation of regional leading industry,laborates the theory and application of theoretical and practical research of regional leading industry,provides a theoretical support for the analysis of regional leading industries.The paper sencondly analyzes the factors that influence the evaluation of regional leading industries and filters out the main factors by theoretical tools,makes system analysis for the weight of the main factors.After determining the evaluation factors and evaluation criteria,the paper makes three levels based on the factors,select nine indicators to make evaluation index system,builds the evaluation model by PCA and finally makes empirical analysis on the evaluation of Linghai leading industry and propose suggestions.
