| Ninghai Sanmen Bay New Area is the focus of the ocean economic development block ofZhejiang. New Area is in the early stages of development and construction and it is typicalindustrial lacking base area in county. As the new vector of a new round of economic and socialdevelopment in Zhejiang, its development of industry has higher requirements. So it is very importfor New Area to select Marine industries Correctly and optimize industrial space layout. In thecases of the existing research of regional leading industry choice, most research objects are leadingindustry choice of a certain industrial foundation areas and the research for industrial lacking baseareas is less. The leading industry choice of industrial lacking base areas has not been perfectmethod system.This article determined the industry choice scope of New Area by analyzing Marine leadingindustries of nationwide, Zhejiang and Ningbo through theory of grey relation degree. And thenselected the leading industries suitable for development of New Area from in the determiningscope by qualitative analysis according to the support and constraint conditions for industrialdevelopment of New Area. Achievements of this article mainly included the following aspects:(1)external environment analysis for the choice of leading industries of New AreaMarine oil-gas industry, seaside tourism, marine transportation industry and marine fishery aremarine leading industries of countrywide, whose grey relational grade is0.951,0.936,0.929and0.881. Marine transportation industry and ocean engineering construction industry are marineleading industries of Zhejiang, whose grey relational grade is0.988,0.987. Marine oil-gas industryand marine fishery are marine leading industries of Ningbo, whose grey relational grade is0.995and0.990. So marine oil-gas industry, seaside tourism, marine transportation industry, marinefishery and ocean engineering construction were included in the options of marine leadingindustries of New Area.(2)The choice of marine leading industries of New AreaLacking of energy and poor condition of marine port coastline in new areas, oil-gas industryand Marine transportation industry had been screened out. Marine fisheries and coastal tourismshould be developed in new areas, and harbor construction, coastal power station tunnel, coastallevee construction and sea bridge construction and other industries of marine engineeringconstruction also should be appropriately cultivated. (3) Optimization of industrial spatial distribution in New AreaNew area can be divided into four blocks. The first block is Yishi, Yuexi, Shuangpansanshansea beach and Shepan sea beach where agriculture is mainly developed. The second block isNinghai economic development zone where industry is mainly developed. The third block isChangjie integrated function block which is for the production and living of new area. The forthblock Hu Chen port where tourism is the most important industry. Marine fishery can bedistributed in the block of Yishi, Yuexi, Shuangpansanshan sea beach and Shepan sea beach.Coastal tourism can be distributed in the block of Hu Chen port. Harbor construction, coastalpower station tunnel, coastal levee construction and sea bridge construction and other industries ofmarine engineering construction can be distributed in coastal industrial areas of Changjie integratedfunction block. |
