Study On Business Process Optimizaing Of Real-estate Enterprises

Business process optimizaing (BPR), which plays an important role in the enterprise development and management system, is a workflow guideline for all staff. The design optimization of workflow to meet the enterprise's strategic development demand helps to realize effective connection of strategic resource allocation and business development and lead to an effective and smooth business process, thus forming the enterprise's core competitiveness.BPR is the key point for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, which has a direct impact on the enterprise's efficiency. Intensive research and demonstration on the BPR of state-owned enterprises have great practical significance with regards to further deepening the reform and improving the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, the study on the BPR based on the enterprise's strategic development demand is very necessary.This study, based on the actual business management condition of Changsha Xiandao Land Development & Construction Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Land Development Corporation") and by reference to related documents and research methods of professional consultant institutes, gels rid of limitation of the traditional real-estate business process by combining relative theoretical research and practical case-study of business process, which conducts a systematic analysis from the strategic point of view and the development demand.Firstly, optimize and restructure the enterprise structure, define the department functions and job responsibilities, and reengineer a new business process;Secondly, establish the parallel supporting systems including remuneration, planning, performance, enterprise culture and informatization to form a comprehensive solution, thus getting rid of limitation of traditional real-estate business process and achieving coordination with the enterprise's strategy.At last, present the supporting measures and appropriate environment for the implementation of BPR of Land Development Corporation, including the pre-training, environment building, overall implementation planning, and establishment and improvement of matched policies to guarantee the successful implementation of new process in the Land Development Corporation and prove the applicability of the methodology framework to some extent.The widely-involved problems in the Land Development Corporation are typical for the current management of Level-A state-owned real-estate enterprises, the study on which hits the demand for rapid development of current tourism culture estates and can be made as a reference for other enterprises confronted with similar problems.
