With the development of china’s economy and the environmental awareness increasingly wining support among the people, natural gas relying on its economy and clean becomes favored energy of government and residents. According to the national energy development planning and" China sustainable development strategy on oil and gas resources report", for a long period of time in the future, the supply of natural gas will be in short supply situation, Together with in recent years as a result of national policy putted forward clearly to give priority to the development of city gas, and the gas connection fee income and long-term gas prices are expected, many companies have entered into this field, with increasingly intense competition of city gas distribution. Due to the external environmental influences, city gas distribution business must take appropriate measure to survive and win in such a competitive environment.Changsha Xinao Gas Company Limited is a professional private company in selling natural gas which is affiliated with Xinao Gas Corporation. Changsha Xinao Gas Company Limited and Gas Corporation in Changsha City are practicing power-power association and developing by leaps and bounds. With the expanding of the marketing and the increasing of the customer quantity, the current organization structure exposes more and more drawbacks which restricting effective operation and the improvement of customer satisfaction. So we need urgently to optimize the organization structure.In this paper, I take Changsha Xinao Gas Company Limited as the research object. This paper first introduces the research background and the significance, the research content, train of thought and method are also introduced in brief; secondly, with brief understanding of the foundation, analysis the company’s existing organization structure deeply, clear the problems and challenges which faced; in this foundation above, related to the use of the organization structure design theory, Design the company’s new organizational structure which fates for the future development of Changsha Xinao Gas, clear the organizational structures of company headquarters and subsidiaries and Each function department of post setting and main responsibility is also cleared; at last, according to related theory,put forward the implementation strategy and security measures.Based on lots of documents reading and research, this paper provides a solution of organizational change for Changsha Xinao Gas Company Limited. This paper aims to improve the efficiency of organization and provide organizational guarantee for the company’s future development.
