It is a significant measure for promoting competition and obtaining steady and rapid development to establishing a set of scientific and reasonable performance assessment system in combination with the practical situation of Changsha Xiandao Rural Commercial Bank.The paper,through analyzing the current performance assessment system of Changsha Xiandao Rural Commercial Bank, redesigned it by using the Balanced scorecard and key performance indicators.At the same time,it designed corresponding key performance indicators and headquarters of the performance assessment system with banks’strategic objectives oriented from such four aspects:financial,customer,internal business processes and learning and growth. Then,the performance assessment system for basic outlets and staff was designed,which could give them inspiration, achieve their all-round development,promote the banks competition, and increase the market shares. Finally,Changsha Xiandao Rural Commercial Bank will get steady and rapid development.
