Wanglaoji is growing rapidly, it has been influenced by the traditional culture of state-owned enterprises, so it needs to consummate its social responsibility system from the market perspective, such as perfecting the enterprise's individual responsibility system by improving human resources management; promoting the enterprise's market responsibility by improving the quality management system; and upgrading the enterprise's public responsibility by perfecting the system of public welfare and environment protection.It will enhance the enterprise image and brand value through the continuous improvement of the social responsibility system of Wanglaoji, keep the enterprise's workforce stable, and improve business efficiency.
