Design Of Network Invoice Management System Based On B/S Architecture

As the most widely used legal economic certificate in the business activities,invoice is also the monitoring content that must be covered by tax collection management and law enforcement inspection of tax authorities.Therefore,the management of tax invoices at all levels is the key to the effect of taxation.It can be said that the level of invoice management at all levels of tax authorities can not only reflect the quality of tax collection and management,but also affect whether national tax revenue can timely and fully be put into storage,and it can even impose great impact on the stability of the development of social economy and the tax sequence.Therefore,it is imperative to complete the transformation of invoice management from manual management to information management by employing the technology of scientific and efficient information management.Through adopting the new model of taxpayer by using online integrated management for the management of invoicing reception,registration,opening,issuing,management,statistical analysis and so on,the tax authorities can know whether the taxpayer is purchasing and using invoice in accordance with the regulations and legal procedures.As for the number of invoices,the situation of the payment and the deposit,they can be realized through the real-time monitoring of the invoice through network data,improving the supervision quality of the tax authorities.Based on the current situation faced by control station of local tax invoice,this paper aims at designing a land tax network invoice management system which can meet the needs of the work related to land tax,so as to further standardize the management of the local tax invoice,simplify the management process,reduce the workload of the tax administrator and control the risk of tax loss.Through comparing and analyzing the present situation of invoice management both at home and abroad,and explaining the reasons for the selection of this topic and significance of this paper,it elaborates in detail design and implementation process of the land tax invoice management system with B/S framework,J2 EE technology platform and Oracle database as the core technology.Moreover,the advantages and disadvantages of these technical routes are compared.Then,according to the actual needs of different users,detailed analysis and design are conducted for the system architecture,the overall function and the subfunction,as well as the database.Moreover,the main functional modules including purchase and approval,issuing,query and statistics,as well as ticket inspection,are described by using actual cases so as to further explain the design and implementation of this system.Finally,operation of the system is tested in a specific test environment by employing system login,query statistics,invoice issuing and invoice verification as actual cases.Moreover,the test results are analyzed in order to find out the parts that is required to be improved and optimized.
