Research On Wechat Bluetooth Slave Technology For Self-service PAC System

The Programmable Automation Controller(PAC)has broad application prospects in the field of intelligent self-service.However,the traditional PAC system is weak in the ease of human-computer interaction and the friendliness of mobile client operations.This paper proposes a technical scheme to integrate the WeChat Bluetooth slave station,and improves the communication and operation mode of the traditional PAC.The specific contents are as follows:Through the analysis of the Bluetooth communication protocol,the basic module of Bluetooth communication is designed.Including hardware circuit,protocol stack,broadcast communication,etc.,through WeChat peripheral protocol AirSync(a WeChat officially developed a technology protocol for communication between WeChat client and Bluetooth device),using Java language to implement WeChat Bluetooth communication,set up a test server.Functional verification was performed using Nordic Semiconductor's Bluetooth communication test software NRFConnect.The information communication process of WeChat Bluetooth communication was designed,and the public number software module running on WeChat server was realized.The operation instruction was forwarded and the function application verification was carried out on the self-service cooking machine prototype.The integration with the PAC system was realized on the hardware platform based on the domestic Jingwei Yage CME-M7 processor.The performance of WeChat Bluetooth communication was measured with an oscilloscope,and the validity and feasibility of WeChat Bluetooth communication in the industrial control field were verified.This paper introduces wireless communication and mobile internet technology in the traditional PAC system.Through the integration of WeChat Bluetooth slave station,the PAC system is more convenient to operate and the site adaptability is stronger.A new self-service PAC system is realized.
