Design And Implementation Of Intellectual Property Management System Of Group Enterprises

In the competitive environment of global economic integration,IP has become the important weapon in the enterprises to participate in market competition,market competition is gradually becoming IP competition.In order to manage the fierce IP competition the enterprises pay more attention to IP management,but most companies still manually manage IP which exist many defects,such as low efficiency of management and business secret easy to leak,etc.So it's necessary to develop IP management system to make it change.In this paper,the designed IP management system is built based on J2 EE platform,and use SQL Server2012 database storing information about IP.The system built based on B/S mode,support the staff to process IP management business online.The system is comprised by the IP proposal management,IP management,copyright management,trade secret management and security management.In system implementation,we've done the following work: first,design the IP proposal evaluation model,first determine the evaluation index system of the model,then use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,the evaluation result for the basis of a proposal to apply for IP.Then use of third-party gateway technology to achieve the early warning functions,in an application for an IP for the key nodes set a deadline for the early warning,to prevent forgotten and affect the IP application.Finally using the RSA technology to make group enterprise commercial secret encrypted storage,prevent information leakage,when staff view the business secret files,they must provide the correct decryption password.After the system implementation,the IP management system was tested.Through the research and development of the project implementation,effective improve IP management system,obvious improved group enterprise IP management level and efficiency.
