The Design And Implementation Of Intellectual Property Information Management System

Patent information is an important competitive intelligence resource.At present,China's large number of patents,growth speed,how to quickly and effectively from a number of patent from many angles to analyze patents,to obtain useful information to predict future trends,identify the important technology development direction,we need to use the intellectual property information management tools.This paper introduces a design of intellectual property information management system,the system can realize the construction of data collection,data mining,data warehouse from the state intellectual property website,then the patent situation of multi angle analysis.In this paper,the design of the system using Access development,SQLServer as an auxiliary.Design and implementation of the content is divided into four steps.First,collect patent information.The information from the website of the State Intellectual Property Office of the patent database,this paper designs the patent information acquisition module on the website,according to user input searching conditions,obtain the retrieval condition query results page source code,then according to this source code using regularmatching method to parse out the patent page address,then according to this address to the database sends a request to obtain patent details page source code.Second,the processing of patent data.From various angles of patent analysis,multiple fact tables and dimension tables are designed.First collect the patent data for cleaning,extraction,loading into the patent database.Then build the multi-dimensional analysis model,and set up some patent analysis indicators in the model.Third,analysis of patent data.First,the design of data management module structuure,database,and then design Web Deep query interface,infornmation collection and text mining.And then use the information extraction technology,the patent data analysis.Finally,the intellectual property information management system after the completion of the development of the application and analysis of patent application to the "DVVT" technology as the research object,including the analysis of the applicant,the inventor and agency analysis analysis.The basic information of the patent,reflect the applicant's annual filings,the annual authorization number and patent category distribution,and the invention of the year number,quantity,the inventor patent inventors apply weights and agent amount and regional distribution,so as to get the applicant to apply for a patent law and scientific and technical strength.Experimental tests and preliminary operation show that the designed system can achieve the intended function.
