With the rapid development of information technology,the new media have gradually grown and expanded,and the media for various programs have also undergone tremendous changes.The Internet has gradually become one of the most important media.In this context,the production of network native programming gradually showed an upward trend of development.Network talk show are distinguished by their varied program styles,broad program titles,low production costs,and easy entry barriers,which are favored by the majority of program makers.The network talk show is a product of new media technology development and an inevitable trend of the development of entertainment programs.Its appearance has important significance for the entire media industry.The article mainly consists of four parts to conduct a preliminary discussion on the "performance" of China's Internet talk shows during 2007-2017.First of all,I made a preliminary definition of the ongoing "contest",and gave a brief summary of relevant theories in the current academic circle.I think that the performance of the network talk show speaker is not a traditional performance but a social performance that displays outstanding personal characteristics according to the needs.This "performance" is a reasonable response to the audience,and it also has an impact on the audience.There are many similarities between the “performance” of online talk show and the traditional sense,which are mainly reflected in the three characteristics of hypothesis,life and artistry.Based on this,I summarized the "performance" elements in the network talk show,mainly from the four aspects of venue design,costumes and make-up,props,and dramatic performances.Second,I conducted a classification of China's Internet talk shows between 2007 and 2017,and preliminary discussed the "performance" features of different categories of programs.After careful review,I found that although different types of online talk show display different “performance” features,they have certain similarities in “performance” skills.Therefore,I conducted the "performance" skills of China's Internet talk show in terms of "language skills" and "non-linguistic skills".Next,I divided the online talk show into three stages: The first stage was greatly affected by radio and television.It was mainly an imitation of a TV talk show.I called this stage as "TV imitation show".In the second stage,influenced by interests or interests,many people participated in the production of online talk shows.Although there are many types of programs,the quality is uneven.Only some programs with unique styles come to the fore,so I put this stage as "personal show".In the third stage,many media and websites have gradually realized the importance of “program brands”,and began to increase program exposure and user's viscosity through professional production teams,high-quality program content,and rich program formats.I call this stage "brand personality show".At the end of the article,I compared China's Internet talk show with the American talk show and tried to find out the similarities and differences between the two.In addition,I paid attention to the trend of the talk show's “performance”.At the same time,I pondered the current status of China's Internet talk show and hoped to contribute to the development of it in the future.
