In the year of 2014,the Internet talk-show “Let's Talk”,which was published by “IQIYI”,raised a national debate trend in China.Xiaosong Gao,Kangyong Cai and Xing Jin attended this show as mentors,and their mission was looking for the best Chinese speakers who have unique viewpoints and fantastic eloquences.There are 18 individualistic competitors were assembled in every talk show,and the production team chose some realistic topics to be their debate targets,for example: “Should we choose Big city with small houses or small cities with big houses to live?”;“should we block our social software pages to our parents?” or “should we pay separately when we getting a blind date?”,and etc.Under the leadership of three mentors,the competitors entered into drastic debates by choosing different sides.As soon as“Let's talk”was broadcast,its single set playback volume outnumber billion quickly.Besides,it broke the record of network variety show in financing,audience rating and advertisement and became phenomenal entertainment variety show in internet.Compared with traditional TV debate,”Let's talk”has innovated in form,explored the development of the program and provided the experience for the development of network program in the future.This article analysis this talk-show from the following five chapters:In chapter one,we mainly study on the research background,the research significance,the research status and the relative literature reviews.The innovative thinking,content,research emphasis and difficulties will also be introduced in this chapter.In Chapter two,we recall the generated backgrounds and the development impacts of “Let's Talk”.This work will lay the foundation for the following text analysis.In chapter three,we mainly summarize the characteristics from aspects of its contents and formats,which include the language style,stage layout and the post production.In chapter four,we deeply analyze this talk-show from six aspects: debate topics;character establishment;audiences;marketing;operation and derivative industries.In chapter five,we criticize the impertinent parts of “Let's Talk” from the aspect of social responsibility.
