Wireless Sensor Networks is one of the research hotspots in the current information field,It compromises many technologies such as wireless communication, computer, microelectronics, sensor and so on,and which can be used to collect, process, transmit and monitor data in some special environments, such as:environmental monitoring, military surveys, industrial and agricultural production, traffic monitoring and so on.In the wireless sensor network system, the accuracy and security of localization are crucial to the normal operation of wireless sensor networks. The WSN is vulnerable to various types of attacks, interferences, and damages because of their complex environment and harsh conditions. As a result, localization errors are too large or the nodes become invalid, which makes the WSN unable to complete the localization process.Once the positioning system fails, the data we obtain may be invalid and may cause the entire network system to become paralyzed. Therefore,in view of the impact of various attacks on the localization process of wireless sensor networks,it is very necessary to take the corresponding security localization strategies to resist attacks. The common localization methods for wireless sensor networks include range-based localization technology and range-free localization technology. The common attack that affect node localization include spoofing attacks, wormhole attacks, and sybil attacks. The thesis focuses on analyzing several typical attack models and analyzes its impact on the localization process. It also gives the performance evaluation indicators and performance requirements of the node's security localization.Aiming at the situation of spoofing attacks in wireless sensor networks,a secure localization algorithm based on Beta distribution trust model is proposed from the perspective of assessing the trust of known nodes. The Beta distribution function is used as a trust model.First, the node is evaluated according to the coordinates of the node whose position is known and the distance between the nodes. Finally, the node to be located chooses some nodes whose trust value are beyond the trust threshold and among the nodes whose own position is known within the communicable range to participate localization process. The experiments show that this method can improve the localization accuracy.Focusing on the impact of wormhole attack on DV-Hop localization technology, the thesis proposes a DV-Hop security algorithm to defend against wormhole attack.First, this algorithm uses the characteristics of communication between nodes, detects the wormhole attack, and then chooses the appropriate node to broadcast the sleep message within the attack range of the attacking node,so that all the abnormal nodes suffering from the wormhole attack and a few normal nodes are put into the sleep state; Finally, use the remaining nodes to participate localization process,so as to improve localization accuracy.
